The breakfast featured true five star taste. Service at Heritage restaurant delighted me with a delicious late dinner. The room overlooked the French Cathedral and a lovely square.

The air conditioning at night wasn't COOL enough for my liking, I needed an extra fan though.

The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch. the breakfast had eggs cooked to order. The quality was excellent. the room had a beautiful view of the cathedral. the staff was always friendly and helpful.

I found no porter service upon arrival, so i carried my bags from the street. i was told i needed to book a small conference room 24 hours in advance. i was also told there was no cash to break my euros into smaller denominations. This was inconvenient

The staff was helpful from arrival. I really liked they knew so much about the area. The rooms were clean, a big plus. The hotel location made exploration easy. Access to the train was quick. I appreciated the proximity to the grocery store. It let me stock up on things.

I noted a very minor issue. The minibar prices were a little high.

The air conditioning in the room barely functioned.. i spent the night sweating. The noise started early.
